The Mojito is no dif from the Pina Colada song coming out in 1979, Tequila
Sunrise 1972, Cosmo 1999, Pomegranate 2006, Rum and Coke, 1943, Blue Hawaii
1957 and on and on. I can make a Mojito just as fast. The #1 mistake in making
a Mojito is over muddling the mint...you just need a few taps to release the
oils. When you grind/muddle the leaves it brings out the chlorophyll of the
plant which also brings out a bitter flavor.

Media will always play a role in cocktails.

Just my 2 cents.
