Subject: NEW: Nuclear Bailey's

This is a strong homemade Chocolate Bailey's.  Substitutions may be made, but 
what's the fun in that?  My liquors are always kept chilled, so you may need 
to add ice to yours.

3/4 oz Everclear 190  (could use vodka if you want lower proof)
1-1/2 oz Parrot Bay Coconut Rum (could use Malibu if you want lower proof)
1 heaping tsp Nesquik (more to taste)
Milk, half & half, or cream

In an old-fashioned glass, combine Everclear and Parrot Bay rum.  Drop in the 
Nesquik and stir until mixed.  Fill remainder of glass with milk or cream.
