I am changing things up slightly from the original Julep recipe, but this is
my pick to celebrate the holiday weekend in perfect fashion. The addition of
peach makes it feel more like a special summer drink. Cheers!
Georgia Mint Julep:
½ oz Simple Syrup
1½ parts Bourbon
1 part Hiram Walker Peach Brandy
4-5 mint sprigs
Place mint and syrup in a julep cup and muddle. Add other ingredients, fill
with crushed ice and stir until the glass is frosted. Garnish with fresh mint.
