I just came back from Ghana where limes are the size of marbles, crazy 
concentrated and unusable.  The mint was tiny.  I can see where there is a 
need for some pre-packaged products.  It doesn't mean that I would prefer them 
but I can see that there are uses.  

I think Funkin are only responding to demand in the market which in another 
way means that people are getting more into cocktails.  It's up to bartenders 
to educate.
