OK, erpsonally I am an advocate of fresh, but I have worked with mixes before.

If you are using finest call, I dont think your owners are overly concerned
about flavor and are more interested in cost effective. And personally I find
triple sec added with finest call to be too sweet. I would suggest getting 5
of your customers varying in age, and gender to test with or without and let
them help you decide.

Now on to some better suggestions....

Sun Orchard Lime juice, a pasturaized straight lime is is a quality way to go
in place of Finest Call. Work with it, mixing in sugar to make your own
signature marg mix, and that will not only give you a better product, but
allow you to add more variety (quite honestly, premixes make all margs taste
the same to me)

Another option that is a little less expensive than Sum Orchard is Neilsens
frozen lime. Used this in the first bar I ever worked and it makes a good mix
as well.

Best of luck! Hope this helps.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
