My thoughts are that green and purple don't look very well when you are trying
for a layered drink. But on the other hand, the visual effect could be nice
when you make a green drink with purple garnish or a purple drink with green
garnish. I would opt for the latter as parfait amour makes a much nicer purple
drink than anything else (grapes or blackberries maybe) could make a nice
purple garnish.

The possible variations are numerous. For instance her favourite liquor with
parfait amour, apple juice/liqueur and honey, garnished with apple and mint.
No doubt this drink already has a name. Search some drink databases and you
may find something better.
