Subject: Getting a job with no experience

Hey- it sounds like you are pretty determined to find a bartending job. Good 
for you. I like the plan that you have. I think it's very though out and well 
planned. You definitely need to know the basic drinks but that should be easy 
enough to find on the interwebs.  As far as a bar to stock I recommend a 
vodka, gin, rum tequilla, triple sec and perhaps brandy. I would go skyy, 
beefeaters, bacardi, jose quervo, any triple sec and christian brothers. you 
also want to get the basic juices-cranberry, orange, grapefruit, pineapple. 
also mixers-sweet-n-sour, club soda and tonic. that's pretty much it. stick to 
it and you'll be bartending in no time. i have some more advice on my blog
