This is what you do. In the middle of the interviewing process you ask, Do you
mind if I put you on the spot? They all say okay...then hand them a pen and
say, "Sell me this pen."
Whoever sells it the best, wins. Afterall, the bottomline of the job is
selling.
Has always worked like a charm for me. Plus you get to see who thinks quick on
their feet.
