The way I look at it is wondering how the copyright stuff improves the
experience for the consumer.

Bartenders, mixologists, worrying about their frivolous recipes. Where is the
experience of the great atmosphere of a well tended bar in all of this? Isn't
the live show in front and behind the bar the real work of art?

A person worrying about the name of a bar 2000km away is only in it for ego
and personal benefit.

...stupid recipes.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
