Subject: Cajun Mojito

I've been spending some time along the Gulf coast and rustled up a little
twist on the dirty mojito, with the help of Mike the bartender at the Redfish
Grill in New Orleans, who introduced me to this delicious spiced rum, which
blows Cpt Morgan out of the water.

You'll need the usuals...

lime
mint
brown sugar
club soda

and "Old New Orleans" spiced rum.

Prepare it like any other mojito and enjoy the kick in the pants from the
spiced rum that makes it taste right at home in any cajun/creole restaurant or
bar. :)

I'm thinking of trying some praline syrup in place of the sugar for a little
more deep south flavor, but afraid that would probably muddle the flavors a
bit too much. Feel free to experiment!
