These recipes might not be the original, but they’re new twists on an old
favorite and they’re fantastic for summer. Enjoy!

Mandarine Mojito

1 oz Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur
1 oz Premium light rum
1 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
Handful of Mint
Soda

Rim a Collins glass with mint and crush the mint in the glass. Add the rest of
the ingredients, except the soda, and stir with crushed ice. Top with soda and
garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.

Pernod Mojito

1 oz. Pernod Absinthe
1 oz. Light Rum
Handful of Mint
2 lime wedges
2 dashes Simple Syrup
Soda

Throw mint leaves in the bottom of a Collins glass. Squeeze in the juice of
two lime wedges and add the wedges to the shaker. Add simple syrup and muddle.
Add remaining ingredients, tons of ice, and tumble. Top with soda water and
garnish with mint.
