Hey everybody,
I work my first Saturday night solo behind the bar tomorrow (mostly beer and
wine, but a good amount of young professionals), and was looking for some
last-minute advice for someone new to the profession. Could be must-know
drinks, some do's & don'ts, or complete the phrase- "On my first busy night I
wish I had known to..."
Thanks everyone; this forum was definitely a big help in my landing the gig in
