Well now, I see I'm glad I signed up for this forum!

...because I was considering making management tippable. Odd thing is, I
should have probably known better.

I worked for a pizza delivery company as a driver. The minute I said I was
interested in franchising with the guy (I ended up not) he took me off the
road, worked me inside for same driver pay, called it training, and in the
meanwhile delivered the pizzas himself. He kept the tips, and I was left
struggling to open a store at $5.50/hour!

On the exact opposite end of the scale, I worked for another shop where the
owner loved to deliver pizzas. He lived for it. He always took a driver off
the road at least once a week and delivered for that shift. At the end of the
night, he'd turn over his tips to the driver he stuck inside. As a driver, you
loved that! It broke up the routine, and the owner was a damn good delivery
driver--always, always made more in tips than what you ever could.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
