I know it's a little late but I eventually came across the recipe of "Capeta", 
some friends of mine have just returned from Puerto Seguro, Brazil and they 
told me that the drink was a real best seller in every bar:
Capeta
2 oz vodka
fresh tropical fruit, like mango, papaya, pineapple..)
two teaspoons condensed milk
one teaspoon "guaranà"
blend at high speed with crushed ice, pour into a large glass and sprinkle 
with cinnamon before serving,garnish with tropical fruit of your choice.
