It's called Beer gaas, and your supplier should know just what you are talking 
about.  Instead of CO2, Beer gas is 70-80% nitrogen with CO2 which makes 
smaller bubbles, a creamier draught head, and smoother beer flavor.  Most bars 
and pubs use beer gas and not CO2 in their drafdt systems.

I am surprized you gas guy hsa not turned you on the this.
