I'd have to add as well that most expereinced bartenders usually are not in
clubs like this. This is more of a starting point, per se. Your best bet has
been suggested: offer a higher wage to one of the servers that you have that
might be intersted in learning how to tend bar. As you said, you are going to
be serving basic drinks, and this is not a difficult thing.
