There's a local ad for bartender that states...
"If you do not have a following, do not apply."

It sounds like they want help stealing customers
from another establishment.

This may be common, but it seems bold and in extremely poor taste to
actually advertise such a concept. I perceive them as being unethical
and suspect they would be no less unethical toward employees.

How would some of you feel going to work for a place like that?
