In Mexico, a Michelada typically doesn't contain Clamato, that's a variation 
on a Michelada that can be called many things (a Gringa is one of them). 
However ignoring that, you're missing one important ingredient - jugo magi. 
Also, a hot sauce like Valentina would be used, not Tabasco.

Here's my recipe:

- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 2-3 shakes of jugo magi
- 3-4 shakes worcestershire sauce
- Valentina hot sauce to taste
- 3 oz Clamato
- Salt Rim
