

try working at a local liqour store if you can part-time..best way to get
familiar with all types of alcohol,then when you go for the interview at a
fine dining establishment you will be able to give names of wines that will
impress the interviewer .I once went to an interview that asked me to name ten
wines...without the advice i am giving you (that was given me by the way) i
would have choked after boones farm and madd dog 20/20 !!!
