Subject: Penalties for Serving Minors
From: Go4Gavi

The policies and procedures regarding the carding of guests of our club are
subjects of GREAT debate among our bartenders. Even though we have doormen,
bouncers and large security staff, I card anyone who looks under 30. If an
i.d. is expired, I won't serve the guest. Please be so kind as to take a
moment to share your understanding of the laws regarding minors and the
potential penalties (fines, arrest, suspension of license) for serving them in
New York. Many thanks.
