Hello all
I am looking for a little guidence amidst all the B.S. regarding absinthe.
I'd like a little help with authenticity, flavor profile and the differences
between French, Bavarain, Czech, and Swiss absinthe. There are more and more
absinthe available in the US again and everyone claims to be the "authentic"
one. If anyone is familiar with the ones in the US and can make a GOOD
recommendation of each style please do so as well.
