. . .

I know this is true, because you are sarcastically calling me a boy genius
(like everyone should know this or something) for claiming that such
categories aren't used practically at any bar. maybe if the bars theme is
based of seasonal drinks and they run different specials specifically for the
time of year.

look man, if you can't fucking tell me seasonal drinks, what makes you think
guest know what and when to order it.

your reply has nothing to do with drinks, you're just arguing that I said
something true or not true in reference to your knowledge of seasonal drinks,
which is vast i'm sure.

i'll say again, I wouldn't have something like this in my book, it's useless.
if it's fucking hot order something cold, if it's cold order something hot.
if your about to eat order an aperitif, if it's after the meal order a
digestif. but then there is a wide range of drinks that really don't fall
into any category, many reasons, conflicting ingredients, etc.

so why would you even try to define drinks by seasons, when it's already
broken down into families. I make everything all year round, sometimes it's a
hot and cold thing, if it's really hot or really cold. Other than that I know
they're going to want what they always have.

it just sounds crazy to me, what about wet pussies and buttery nipples? I
mean, get real.

if you do say something, which you will be a douchebottle and do, please let
it be about drinks and not critiquing my spelling and grammar. spread your
infinite wisdom.

drinks I made tonight, pimms cup, vesper, chi-chi, mint julep, mojito, mai
tai, vodka collins, caipirhnia, old-fashioned, cosmos, pamagranite martini<
--I hate calling it that. lemondrops, martinis, shots of ouzo, etc.. where do
these things fall? and then there is the whole thing about having two weeks
of winter and 50 weeks of summer, or vice-versa just a silly way of
categorizing drinks.

mint juleps on the special everyday?
