Thanks Adam for bringing this back to topic. I have been asked for a
white-cran mojito and i find that using brown sugar instead of sugar syrup and
splashing a bit of white cran in place of the syrup (to loosen everything for
muddling) works quite well if you're asked for one and dont have the wt cran
syrup available. ie-if the bar your on wouldnt use it often enough to require
it being prepped. Sounds good tho-might try that one off the bar, at home.
Another fun thing to try is muddling a lychee with the lime in place of sugar
syrup. Gives the mojito a little more sweetness (although isnt as refreshing).
