I believe, and correct me if I'm wrong someone, that Single Barrel referred to
the barrel in which aging takes place after distillation. So Single Barrel
Jack would still be a sour mash. It would just be bottled from only one
barrel.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
