Yes. Yes you can.
Although I have never heard of a certain brand of vodka making someone sick, I 
have always substituted a certain brand of vodka for another in a recipe.
Bourbon's and whiskey's are a different story. You wouldn't sub. Jack for 
Crown in a Washington Apple or Seagrams 7 for Jack in a Lynchburg Lemonade.
