It's 'Monin'.

Monin is a french company that has been making syrups flavour mixes for 80
years or so. Their stuff is fantastic, and I would consider it a necessity for
any bar. I personally always have a bottle of Monin Orgeat (almond and barley,
used in Mai Tais) and Monin Lavande (Lavander syrup, adds and excellent
complex undertone to a lot of drinks) in my bar.

Their website is www.Monin.com - you should be able to find more in depth
information about their product range there, but needless to say it is
extensive.
