I never barbacked, but have had the pleasure to work with some of the most 
unbelievably great barbacks over the years.  Guys that go above and beyond 
their duties to make sure the bar runs smoothly.  Guys that spend 10 straight 
hours lifting hundreds of cases of beer/booze in 100 degree heat.  Always 
there with a back up liquor bottle when they see mine is getting low. The list 
goes on. 

Many bartenders ive worked with take them for granted, but a good barback is 
like gold to me.
