"China Martini" is an after dinner liqueur, and has no links to China,
"china"(in Italian pronounced Keena) is the italian for "Cinchona"( botanical
name,Cinchona calysaya)and is obtained from it's bark, in Italy is normally
drunk neat as an after dinner, but can be also drunk with hot water and lemon
twist in the cold winter days.
Cheers
