Of course the answer is yes. It's a reasonably common method, if you think
it's a good use of your time.
Weigh a full bottle and write it down. (net weight)
Weigh an empty bottle and write it down. (tare weight)
The liquor weight is the difference between the two.
Divide that by the volume to find weight by volume.

current vol = (current weight - tare weight) * list volume / (net weight -
tare weight)
[
  current weight = 600g
  tare weight = 400g
  net weight = 1250g
  list volume = 700ml
  = (600 - 400) x 700 / ( 1250 - 400 )
  = 200 x ( 700 / 750 )
  = 187ml
]
[
  current weight = 940g
  = 540 x ( 700 / 750 )
  = 504ml
]
(fake numbers)

The question is is it worth an hour of your time to track down a few ml of
liquor when a quick estimate to within a quarter of a bottle is often good
enough for stock-keep? That's up to you.

Liquor weights DO vary between products ... but hardly enough to make a
difference to budgeting AFAIK.
