At my last job, I came in at 10:00 am, the trainer told me that she had to
leave, this is where the recipe book was, the prep list for the morning, to
have fun and that she'd see me for the shift change. And this was with only
barback and server experience up to that point.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
