Just for shits and giggles, I would start bringing in 20-30 extra bottle caps
in your pocket everyday... ;)
Seriously, I jiggered for a few years, and there is no way your manager can
keep his staff from overpouring if they are determined to. As to the uniform
costs, check your state laws about uniform code. I know in California, if it
is not clothing that is considered everyday attire, (meaning without the
business logo and nothing unusual) it is the employers responsibility to
supply it. If they say there are doing it to cover cleaning of the uniform,
grenadine will almost always stain (shhh).
This manager has a lot to overcome unless he changes his strategy and starts
trusting his employees.
