This one's inspired by a recent trip to Atlanta and it's soooo good!
Georgia On My Mind:
2 oz. Gold Rum
1 1/2 oz. Hiram Walker Creme de Noyaux
4 oz. fresh Peach Juice
3-5 blackberries
Muddle the fresh blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the Rum,
Creme de Noyaux, and peach Juice and stir well. Strain into a highball glass
filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh Peach Slice and a sprig of mint.
