I have a fair amount of management experience.. working under a corporate
umbrella has ups and downs.. if you have enough leeway do some type of
promotional deal (ladies night, happy hour, half priced shot night, ect)
the best type of advertising is word of mouth, so if you serve with a smile
and are damn good at mixing drinks customers will return with friends and the
place will sell itself. It might take awhile, but in the end you will be proud
of your acheivement.
