I saw a recent post about someone wanting to go to bartending school. You
have to be careful when choosing a bartending school. Here are some of the
things you should check before spending your money.
1. Are they licensed by the state department of education?
2. How long have they been in business?
3. Do they have a real bar with all the equipment?
4. Do they have a real location or are they operating out of a motel?
5. Do they have a "real job placement service"?
6. Are they registered with the better business bureau?
7. Can you visit the school and watch a class in progress before enrolling?

Before you spend your money on internet hype, be an educated consumer. Take
the time to check things out throughly before. There a many good schools out
there and bartending can be a great way to make money while attending school.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
