"Many people seem to think these thujone numbers are some fabrication of Mr.
Breaux, but thujone content is measured by government agencies using public,
clearly documented procedures. For the U.S., the TTB (a government agency)
has a clear as crystal document online with every detail you could ever ask
for:

"Screening of Distilled Spirits for Thujone by Gas Chromatography-Mass
Spectrometry" http://www.ttb.gov/ssd/screening.shtml"

What? That just says how they test Breaux's new absinthe to make sure it is
FDA approved and "thujone free" for the USA. The TTB have not tested any old
absinthe, or have they? If the Federal Government have now backed up Mr
Breaux's claims then where is that statement please? It's a bit like tobacco
companies producing a private document saying that smoking is good for the
lungs. You see my point? Perhaps old absinthe didn't have so much thujone, but
I am not going to trust the word of some guy who is an absinthe distiller.

I thought the argument (from what I have read so far) was that Breaux is not a
real scientist and nobody has seen his so called studies. The fact that he is
now selling thujone free absinthe legally in America makes one suspicious.

Are you involved in this at all, Salsaman? The website thujone.info is covered
in adverts for absinthe corporations. What is that website? Where is it from?
