 1. How old were you when you started bartending? 18

 2. Did you go to a special school to learn bartending? If so, which
one and describe the things that you did there: Time of classes, how many
classes a week, amount of classes, what did you learn at the school overall,
and was it enjoyable? School of life-the only way to learn.

2 1/2: How long after this school did you get a bartending job? n/a

 3. Do you need a license? How do you get one? Nope (I'm in England)

 4. How much do you get paid by the hour? Average weekly income? And
if you wouldn't mind, how much to you make on your PAYCHECK a night compared
to how much you make on tips. EXAMPLE: I make $80 a night, plus about
$50-60 on tips. Varies( I do a fair bit of freelance work), usually £65 per
night (can be as much as £150). Tips are variant as well, the british aren't a
tipping culture, but its been known for me to make up to £100 in a night from
tips alone-but generally i just let em buy me a beer and if I've got any left
over by the end of the shift then I take em home

 5. Do you enjoy it? Have you ever created a new drink of your own? Love it.
And yes, I've created a bunch of drinks of my own-some are twists on an old
theme, others are just ideas plucked from nowhere. (Most bartenders have
created drinks of their own-but they very often don't taste good!!)

Any morehelp required-get in touch with mehere. Good luck, but don't rule out
the other options-being a bartender is great fun, but hard work. Get your
education and use college as a chance to get acquainted with bars, cocktail
culture and drinking generally. You could even part-time to get some money
together. Hve fun and good luck with your assignment.
