Subject: Resumes - Necessary or a Waste of Time for Hiring Managers?
From: gemini67

Hi All,

When someone goes for their first bartending job (or even a job after years of
experience) how heavily does a resume play? Would the person in charge of
hiring be more interested in what's on paper or what I can do practically such
as if that person asked me to make a perfect manhattan would that could more
than what my resume shows?

Any input and advice - do's, don'ts, NEVERs and SHOULDs - on those who review
resumes for bartending and any hospitality industry positions?

Thanks!
