Mango Mojitos are good, but try using home made infused vanilla rum instead,
just slice a few vanilla pods and put them in the rum and give it a good
shake, vanilla and mangos mojitos are one of our best sellers, also try a
mango daquiri as well just by making a daquiri and adding a splash of mango
juice
For daquiris at the moment im very keen on Gosling (dark rum) daquiris with a
dash of maraschino
Detroit martinis are very popular, basically a naked vodka (we use Rain)
martini with a dash of gomme and lots of fresh mint stirred and strained, try
layering it on top of some dark creme de cacoa, makes people drink them faster
to get to the choc at the end
for Manhattans try varying the bitters or vermouth, eg use orange bitters
instead of angostura or use lillet as the vermouth, my fav manhattan is prolly
using lillet and a dash of unicum, also try making rob roys with different
scotches for a nice alternative to the manhattan
I would recommend using regan no 6 bitters in your old fashioneds but also try
a tequila old fashioned with grapefruit bitters or a rum old fashioned with
fee bros barrel aged bitters
For the ladies try to get your hands on some creme de violet and make up some
blue moons (also known as the origonal aviation) Try to get some pure popping
candy from a specialist food supplier and put that ontop of any cocktail and
people will love it
Since it appears you are in a restaurant ,something like a roast fig infused
brandy or an espresso martini tends to go down very well after a meal
