Can´t help with the book, but if you´re also looking for the `Prairie Oyster´
recipe: We´ve made this drink in our club on special request a few weeks ago -
it´s made of olive oil, tomato ketchup, worcestershire sauce, tabasco (to name
just a few ingredients), all topped with a raw egg (for the oyster
feeling....). When they gave me the recipe, I thought it was some kind of
joke, but then I found it as well in `American Bar. The Artistry of Mixing
Drinks´ by Charles Schumann. And Schumann doesn´t go for any fancy stuff, so,
this drink must have some serious backround.
