The rules and laws regaurding elections have been organized many years ago in 
the USA.  It seems the problem we are having now is that they are not being 
followed by some.  If the laws are honored, the election will be over soon, 
and we will have a president-elect.  If the laws continue to be challenged, in 
order to change the result of the original vote count, we have a contitutional 
crisis.
