Yeah homie find a new gig!! those guys are assholes.
seriously though on your way out call the government (department of weights 
and measures)you pay taxes like every body else so your entitled to complain 
about  deceptive trade. a "shot" in Texas is 1 1/4 ounces of liquor this is 
defined by the TABC (texas alcohol and beverage comission) TABC states that a 
shot of liquor is proportionate to a glass of wine and a bottle of beer (they 
list it at 1 1/4 oz.)and bars are regulated by the same laws that gas pumps 
and scales in grocerie stores for oranges are.  You have to give someone what 
they are paying for and thats the law.
