I had another idea, haven't had a chance to try it out though.  If you are 
looking more for a shot, try a pineapple upsidedown cake (recipe below) with a 
splash of jager.  If it is poured right you should have a black bottom, red 
middle, and gold top. I would give it a try before you serve it though, it 
might taste like crap.

Pineapple Upsidedown Cake

1/2 oz Vanilla Stoli
1/2 oz pineapple juice
shake with ice and strain into shooter.  Finish with a dash of grenedine.
  
If I am right, the Jager would have to be poured first, then the pineapple 
upsidedown cake and last a dash of grenedine.  That is just based on the 
relative "weight" of each item so that it stays layered.  You may have to play 
with it a bit.
