Even if you exercise the most ordinary (and usally easy to make) drinks 12 
hours a day for the next 2 months, every bar manager/tender will find out 
within a minute that you´ve never served them `in public´ before. I think the 
best way to get you away from the nervous breakdown you seem to be close to 
is: Talk to the bar manager, tell him that there is some kind of 
`misunderstanding´ and be honest about your skills. I know it´s not easy, and 
I´m not sure if I would do it or simply never show up at this club again 
instead. Maybe the manager kicks your ass, but maybe he sees how much you are 
willed to do for this job and helps you to have a good start. Good luck to
