This is coming from another barback/bouncer. I work in the same type of bar
where my job is basicly to make sure the bartender can do her job easily. It
is good money if your a good barback. The key to handling the fights is
keeping an eye out and stopping it before anything happens. No blows should
ever be thrown if you are watching everything. If you see something starting,
seperate them, get one group out (don't let both out at the same time, I
learned that the hard way), the after a few minutes to make sure the first
group is gone, get the other group out.
