Sorry Paolo but I agree with DromTom, your recipe is something similar to 
Mojito
but there are few differences,first of all soda water is missing and you don't 
really crush the lime skins (that you do in Caipirinhas)but only the juice is 
used, I also have been to Cuba but I never had a Mojito like the one you 
described, whereabout in Cuba you tried that stuff ?
