I bartended for a few years a while back but have been out of the loop for a
while. I started back about a month ago and I have noticed a problem. I was
taught to measure each drink (because of the stingy owner at my previous job).
The other bartenders at my new job do a "counts" system which makes them much
faster than me. I wanted to ask one of them, but I was a little embarrassed.
Can anyone explain this technique to me?
