Should I add the vodka to the kool aid and then freeze it all, or add the
vodka to the kool aid slush? I am just not sure if the vodka will freeze.
        Any tips would be awesome.

This is an intersting idea. The slushes I have made in the past were always
the half frozen kind mixed with 7up in the glass. My suggestion would be to
add the vodka with the kool aid before freezing it. The vodka will make the
slush so it will not freeze solid. Making it easier to scoop out of the
container. I personally would make the kool aid on the strong side(not as much
water), so that when I added the 7up it would be diluted to the right strength
as the slush melted. That is just my opinion.
