AFAIK - Bacardi Coconut is Rum distilled to have the flavor of coconut - it 
still has 35% (?) alcohol - Malibu on the other hand, is Rum mixed with 
coconut flavor, so it comes in at a diluted 21% alcohol. So probably not the 
ideal substitute. I think Parrot Bay would be a closer subsitute overall.
