Donīt know where youīre writing from, but Poire William is easy to find in 
Europe. There is a fine destiller for fruit brandys in California, called St. 
Georg - he has a website, but I canīt find his adress know. Poire William will 
be hard to substitute; maybe you try some vodka to keep the alcohol level of 
your drink without damaging the taste to much. What drink are you trying to 
do?
