Subject: Tipout problem

I am working the service bar (the only bar) at a fine dining restaurant. I get 
tipped out 10 bucks per server (and the servers pool tips). Is this a standard 
practice (instead of percent of tips)? I just feel shorted going home with 30 
bucks in my pocket when I work as hard (or harder) than I do on weekends.
